Little fats arrive ready to enjoy, warmed, or frozen until ready to eat.  Eat today, tomorrow or freeze for a cookie emergency! Shortbread can stay at room temperature for 1 week after arrival or frozen for 3 weeks.  

Like your cookies warm?  From room temperature, place little fats on a parchment lined cookie sheet. warm in a 350 oven for 5 minutes.  Outside will be crispy and inside melty..just how cookies should be!
